Coming from the A1 motorway should exit at Chiusi-Chianciano Terme and follow signs for Chianciano Terme. When you arrive there you have to take the SP40, and then take the SS2 Cassia leading to Siena. Along this you will find the exit for Campiglia d’Orcia.
